Eye drops, my friend :) Usually thats the only treatment option unless they aren’t working, in which case there are things like a peripheral iridotomy, where a hole is made at the edge of the iris with a laser to allow better drainage.

    the office I have worked out performs SLT (Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty). the doctors who do it have come across relatively good success w/their patients and allowing many of them to go off of eyedrop therapy.

    One of the prostaglandin-inhibitor eyedrops. There are three by name: xalatan, travatan and lumigan.
