Medical Marijuana For Eyes?

What sort of eye problems is marijuana good for other than glaucoma?
Will it help a sort of general eye-pain/strain + red eyes that I’ve been having?

    Smoking marihuana CAUSES your eyes to be red….so I doubt it.
