Lots and lots of fluids. Whatever kind you like (juice, water, whatever). The fluids help to liquify any secretions/mucus which helps to clear everything out. Also, if you have a lot of chest congestion, try to cough it up & out. It’s gross, but you have to get that stuff out before you will be better, so the more you cough it up the quicker you will get better.
I know CVS (and I’m sure other pharmacies as well) sells a saline nasal mist. Saline is just salt water, so it shouldn’t interfere with the glaucoma. If you think you might benefit from a nasal mist, go to your local pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist about this (or even ask your doctor). Be sure to specifically mention that you have glaucoma and also that you want a SALINE nasal mist (I believe psuedoephedrine is why you say you can’t use OTCs because that is known to cause problems in people with glaucoma).
That link below shows one such product.

Old fashioned Vicks Vaporub slathered on the chest and neck, the fumes do actually help as long as you don’t mind the greased pig sensation. Sitting in a steamy shower, or in the bathroom with a steamy shower going will help clear a stuffy nose temporarily. A slightly cooler room temperature also helps. And there’s always the famous chicken soup, heavy on the garlic and onions. But those just help make matters easier to bear up with, nothing will actually help make the cold shift any quicker. It’s a virus that your body has to fight off, and that’s best aided with rest and liquids. But if things are really unbearable, you can always call the doctor for a recommendation or prescription. There are some things that you could take, but it needs to be with a doctor coordinating it.

Science has proved what Grandma has always known; a good Chicken soup has enzymes to fight the common cold.
Glaucoma? that is an eye disease, not a cold.
