It’s not often used for glaucoma because it doesn’t actually improve your condition, merely make you high so that you don’t feel as uncomfortable. It’s a little bit like getting drunk as a treatment for a backache. Sure you might feel better for a while, but it will not treat the cause of the problem.

well, a big factor is whether or not the person lives in a medical marijuana state or not.

I know plenty of people who’ve had or have glaucoma and none of them were ever prescribed marijuana, so I’d have to say rarely.
