spouse had a stroke,has lupus, type 2 diabetes,glaucoma,osteoporosis,menieres syndrome,short term memory loss, and her claim was denied with all medical information provided

system to me appears to be designed to make you hire a lawyer to make it happen…if you were a quadraplegic youd be denied first time. Phone book is full of them, which tells you something right there.

    almost all disability claims are denied at first- shorten the time , anger, and frustration- spend the money and hire an attorney who deals with this

    What was the reason for the denial? You know, while these are a lot of conditions for one person–no matter her age–they really aren’t disability conditions. Social Security only pays for TOTAL disability. Not partial or short term.
