I need to know all the approved medical uses for mary jane (when it’s ok to smoke ganja)

cancer patients are also prescribed it for some of their severe pain i believe and rightfully so. god bless anyone who has this horrible disease. anything that can be done to make their lives more bearable is a blessing imo.
